Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting our events and pop-up experiences. We are committed to providing high-quality experiences for our community. By purchasing a ticket to our events, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and policies outlined below, which are strictly enforced.

Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable – no exceptions. Please double-check that all information you provide at checkout (especially your email address) is accurate when purchasing a ticket. We are not responsible if you do not receive event details due to an incorrect email or other errors in the information provided, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

  • Providing an incorrect or invalid email address during purchase (failure to receive event information for this reason is not grounds for a refund).

  • Personal illness, medical issues, or other personal emergencies.

  • Scheduling conflicts (such as work obligations or family events).

  • Travel delays, traffic, or other transportation issues.

  • Failure to read, review, or follow the event instructions provided.

  • Change of plans, personal decisions not to attend, or no-shows.

  • Weather-related cancellations – for outdoor events canceled due to rain or inclement weather, no refund will be issued; instead, you will receive a credit to attend a future event of the same type.

Your seat is reserved and paid for in advance, so our refund policy is firm and final. No credits or exchanges will be issued beyond what is outlined in these terms.

Ticket Transfer Policy

You may transfer your ticket to another person one time only if you are unable to attend an event. Transfer requests must be submitted for approval at least 48 hours before the event start time. To request a ticket transfer, please email thekkexperiencee@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your name (original ticket purchaser)

  • Order number or confirmation code

  • Event name, date, and time of the ticket you purchased

  • Full name of the new attendee who will be using your ticket

We will review your transfer request and confirm if approved. Once a ticket transfer is approved and processed, no further changes or additional transfers can be made for that ticket. The new attendee will be subject to all event policies and terms.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. We offer a one-time rescheduling option for our events, with the following terms:

  • Advance Rescheduling: If you need to change your reservation to a different event date/time before your scheduled event, you may reschedule once at no charge (subject to availability of seats in the new session). Any additional date changes beyond the one free reschedule will incur a $25 rescheduling fee per change. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an advance reschedule.

  • Missed Event Rescheduling: If you miss your scheduled event (no-show or unable to attend without prior notice), you may reschedule to a future session one time for a $25 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. You must request this make-up rescheduling within 48 hours after the missed event. We will do our best to accommodate you in an upcoming session.

Rescheduled tickets are not eligible for refunds and must be used for an event of equal value. Beyond the options outlined above, no further rescheduling, credits, or refunds will be provided.

Event Conduct & Security

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we maintain strict conduct guidelines at our in-person events:

  • Security and Compliance: Professional security staff will be present at all events. All attendees must follow the venue’s rules, our event policies, and any guidelines provided by the host.

  • Respectful Behavior: Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. This includes rude or aggressive language, harassment of any kind, and any actions that jeopardize the comfort or safety of others. Guests who violate this policy will be removed by security without a refund.

  • Prohibited Items/Actions: The following are not permitted during our events:

    • Bringing in outside alcohol or other unauthorized substances.

    • Filming or photographing other attendees or event activities (you may only film or photograph yourself, your beverages, and the host/presenter).

    • Unapproved selling or solicitation of any products or services to other guests.

    • Bullying, harassment, or any form of intimidation towards other guests or staff.

We reserve the right to deny entry to or remove any person who violates these conduct rules or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund. Our priority is to maintain a positive, safe atmosphere for all attendees.
